Nodini (literally “little knots”) are small knots of our fresh, artisanal mozzarella fior di latte manually intertwined by the skilful hands of our artisans. They are an absolute hit with kids who love snacking with those “candy” resembling pieces.

When consumed the same day that they are made, they will preserve that unique flavor and texture that will make you never want to go back to anything else.

Our Nodini are available in two formats (50g and 100g) to satisfy every preference and need. They will be prepared and packaged in bags of different weight and will be delivered to you in their own brine, where they should be kept with no refrigeration required, if consumed on the same day of production, in order to maintain their original snowy appearance and taste.
