Perline (“little pearls) and Ciliegine (literally “little cherries”) look like small glowing marbles, but surprisingly made of our soft artisanal mozzarella fior di latte. A hit with the little ones (and not so little ones).

When consumed the same day that they are made, they will preserve that unique taste and texture impossible to experience otherwise that will make you never want to go back to anything else.

Our Perline (of c. 10gr each) and Ciliegine (c. 50g each and filled with a little surprise) will be prepared and packaged in bags of different weight and will be delivered to you in their own brine, where they should be kept, with no refrigeration required, if consumed on the same day of production, in order to maintain their original snowy appearance and taste.
