Bocconcini (literally “little bites”) are small handmade balls of our fresh, artisanal cow’s milk mozzarella fior di latte. Its unique taste and texture is impossible to find in anything other than daily made artisanal cheese.

When consumed the same day that it’s made, it will preserve that unique flavor and texture that will make you never want to go back to anything else.

Our Bocconcini (of 90g each) will be prepared and packaged in bags of different weights and will be delivered to you in their own brine, where they should be kept, with no refrigeration required, if consumed on the same day of production, in order to maintain their original snowy appearance and taste.
